A 24-year-old man has been arrested after breaking into the Royal Court building, causing severe damage overnight.
A total of 10 windows were smashed, and the man was also reported to have caused further damage inside the building, including breaking a chair.
Police said no items were taken during the incident, which they were called to around 00:50 this morning (24 December).

The man was located inside the building by Police Dog Leo - who only completed his training in April of this year - and his handler, and subsequently arrested on suspicion of break and entry.
He remains in custody.
The Royal Court building's windows have since been boarded up.

Police are now appealing to the public for more information about what happened. Anyone who spotted suspicious activity in the area is urged to contact Police by calling 612612 or make an anonymous report via the Crimestoppers website.
