He's a tip-top concierge, but what's his top tipple?
With New Year parties looming on the horizon, Express has been asking various clubs, bars and restaurants for their suggestions for drinks to welcome in 2018.
Today's suggestion comes from the staff of the Champagne Bar at the Grand Hotel, and is a drink they special concocted earlier this year to mark a very special occasion.
The 'Hugo 35', a gin based cocktail consisting of Tanqueray Gin, Cherry Brandy, freshly squeezed lime juice, fresh cherries, Bénédictine and soda water, was specially mixed up in honour of Grand Jersey’s Concierge Hugo de Castro.
Hugo proudly took the title of Concierge of the Year in the prestigious Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards in October, and, as the cocktail's name highlights, has worked at the hotel for 35 years.

Here’s how you can mix a Hugo 35 at home:
25ml squeezed fresh lime juice
50ml Tanqueray Gin
25ml Cherry Brandy
Fresh cherries
15ml Bénédictine
Soda water
Mix all together and then single strain in a tall glass and top with soda.
