Two people have died with Covid-19 at the Mignot Memorial Hospital in Alderney.
It comes after a cluster of cases was discovered at the island's hospital earlier this month, affecting both patients and staff.
In a government statement last night, it was confirmed that two people with the virus had died at the weekend. There are five cases of Covid-19 in hospital post-second wave in Alderney, with 19 confirmed cases.
