Islanders are being urged to milk the opportunity to come up with a new flavour of ice cream in a competition launching today... But who will 'scoop' victory?
Jersey Dairy and the Channel Islands Co-Operative are teaming up to seek out the coolest new flavour by ‘dairy-ing’ islanders to whip up their ice cream dreams to be in with a chance of having their combination stocked in store.
3 lucky entrants will have their ideas transformed into recipes in the Jersey Dairy kitchen which will be put to the taste test when they’re sampled by the competition judges.
The three favourites, selected by the judges, will then be put to the public vote to find the flavour that will be put into production and stocked on the Co-Op’s shelves at Grand Marché and Locale stores in time for summer.

We are always looking for new, bright ideas and are really looking forward to seeing what flavours islanders can come up with, we invite everyone to be as creative as possible.
