Woman admits stealing £23,000 from dressage club

A woman has pleaded guilty to stealing more than £23,000 from a horse-riding club.

Jane Danielle Dolby (50) appeared in the Royal Court before the Bailiff, Timothy Le Cocq, on Friday.

She admitted one count of larceny, relating to £23,380 taken from the Jersey Dressage Club between March 2018 and 21 September 2019.

A bail application was refused, and Dolby was remanded in custody until Friday 11 September, when she will be sentenced.

Advocate Lorraine McClure appeared on Dolby's behalf.
