Paintings by some of the world’s most famous artists are going on show in Jersey this week.
Law firm Ogier – in association with London art experts Gladwell & Patterson – is turning part of its offices at 44 Esplanade into a temporary gallery.
A private showing has been organised for clients on Wednesday, but there's a chance for the public to see the works first, tomorrow morning between 8 and 11:30. To go you have to book in advance by emailing Ogier’s Group Event Management Lead Claire Wilby at Claire.Wilby@Ogier.com
The works include paintings by Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dali, Claude Monet, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Camille Pissaro, Alfred Sisley and a number of more contemporary painters.
Ogier's Global Head of Corporate, Simon Dinning, said: "We are delighted to be hosting this exhibition – it will be the first time that these works have been displayed in Jersey and offers a rare chance to see paintings by some of the greatest artists of the last 200 years here in one place together with some other wonderful paintings by more recent artists."
