It means that for short periods access to some parts of the States’ system will be limited.
Earlier this week, customer service staff were unable to access some customer accounts due to their IT systems being down.
“As we continue to make improvements, there will be similar planned work and other maintenance carried out to continue the essential improvements to resilience,” said the States of Guernsey.
“Wherever possible it will be scheduled to minimise any potential impact on customers.”
Additionally, planned work over the weekend, which is part of the ongoing IT transformation and included improvements to resilience, “was completed successfully”.
