They can also provide feedback on any customer service received from the Guernsey Waste team.
More than two years have now passed since the new arrangements were introduced for household waste and recycling services
“We feel now is the right time to ask for feedback, so that we understand what’s working well and also what isn’t,” said Guernsey Waste Operations Manager Sarah Robinson.

“That feedback is going to be invaluable so that we can continue to make improvements to the services we provide.”
The survey can be accessed via the States of Guernsey website HERE. It can also be completed over the phone by contacting Guernsey Waste on 01481 221234.
It will close at midnight on Wednesday 6 October, after which the results will be published.
The survey does not cover commercial waste services, or those available to residents in Herm, Alderney or Sark.
