The total area of the land in St. Peter Port earmarked for development is just over 200 meters squared.
The application states that an Environmental Impact Assessment is not required, nor are changes to roadways or vehicular access.

The proposals include a series of PV solar panels fitted to the sloped roofs, as well as a thermally efficient timber frame adorned with vertical larch cladding.
The front of the homes feature Juliet balconies with double doors, with glass balustrade stairs giving access to the first floor of the properties from the southern part of the car-port area.
The existing tarmac of the car park would be retained for the new parking area.
Representations concerning this application must be made to the Planning Service before August 30 2022.
