GADOC presents: The Hunchback of Notre Dame
The fabulous GADOC will return to the stage this Saturday the 4th of April – next Saturday the 11th of April, for 7 performances of their latest production, The Hunchback of Notre Dame!
Victor Hugo’s timeless story of love, sin, and sanctuary comes to Guernsey! After putting on Les Misérables 10 years ago, GADOC is now bringing one of Hugo’s other most famous works to the stage, The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
This special version of the iconic tale of Quasimodo and Esmerelda features songs from the Disney film of the same name, but this time follows the darker themes and narrative of Hugo’s masterpiece. A mature and epic musical, Hunchback features a full live band and choir. When paired with its gothic sets and sprawling choreography, this is one musical not to miss.

JACK RHODES: PART TIME WIZARD – FULL TIME MORON
Fresh from quitting his job as a nuclear engineer, Jack Rhodes somehow ended up as runner-up on Britain’s Got Talent… and now he’s bringing the madness to St James, next Thursday the 9th of April from 7:30pm!
With a background in close-up magic and stand-up comedy, Jack’s racked up over 250 million views with his ‘comedy, magic and nonsense’ videos—firmly establishing himself as a magician who doesn’t take himself (or magic) too seriously.
But this isn’t your typical ‘ta-da’ magic show.
It’s a fast-paced, highly original mix of magic and media—packed with slick visuals, perfectly timed video effects, and big, theatrical moments. All delivered with a healthy dose of Northern mischief. Expect a night of tricks and giggles that redefines what a comedy magic show can be. One minute you’ll be laughing out loud, the next you’ll be wondering “how on earth did he do that?!”
Join Jack for a one-of-a-kind evening that’s part magic show, part comedy gig, and entirely unlike anything you’ve seen before. Discover why Simon Cowell calls him “one in a million”… and why Jack’s dad calls him “a part-time wizard, full-time moron.”
Why not come in early and enjoy a drink before the show? St James’ bars open at 6.30pm!
