Reports to police say the man was seen acting aggressively in the area at around 15:20 on Thursday 26 August.
Bailiwick Law Enforcement chose to delete their initial Facebook post, which simply referred to a man “waving an item”, and re-post the call for witnesses after commenters speculated wildly what the unidentified item may have been.
