The owners of Guernsey’s most expensive house are ramping up their security measures.

St George was bought for £25 million in 2024 and a planning application has now been submitted to install CCTV across the spacious premises.

Situated in 35 acres, on Rue des Deslisles in the Castel, the main property is a Georgian style four-bedroom house, with three additional cottages, two staff properties, and a health suite.

The proposed cameras would be dotted around the site including at its three entrance gates.

The planning application confirms the new owners are looking to improve the security measures across the grounds of their property with various areas to be covered by the proposed CCTV cameras.
