If Carina Margit Loser commits any further offences whilst on probation she’ll find herself back before the Magistrate’s Court, where she could be jailed for three months if she doesn’t complete the community service as directed.
Loser’s first offence was listed as ‘behaving in a disorderly manner’ at Valnord Hill, St Peter Port, on 1 July 2019.
She had appeared in court on a number of occasions before being sentenced to a 24 month probation order yesterday.
In the meantime, while on bail for that offence, Loser was charged with behaving in a disorderly manner again. The second offence took place at Valnord Road, but on 22 January this year.
On the same night, Loser assaulted a police officer who had been called to the scene.
For those two offences, Loser was sentenced to 24 months probation for the disorderly behaviour and 120 hours of community service for the assault against a police office, which has been given as a direct alternative to three months in prison.
