Officers want to speak to anyone who witnesses a “disturbance” between a cyclist and driver at around 17:30 on 9 January 2023.
The incident happened during the late afternoon ‘rush hour’ along Les Sauvagees, in St Sampsons and it’s said that “numerous cars drove past during this, and we are keen to know if anyone in the area at that time has Dash Cam footage, or if anybody has CCTV on their property along that road”.
