Personal trainer Andy Perkins will start off the fun with an over-50s gym session at 10:00 using the outdoor equipment next to the playground. That will be followed by a second session at 10:30 for people under the age of 50. The sessions will show participants how to use the available equipment and adapt exercises to meet their needs.
Wheely Great Fun and Guernsey Party Princesses are donating their services for the day to keep the children entertained and the Co-operative Society will be giving away free fruit to keep energy running high.

Budding bowlers can test out their arm with Guernsey Cricket, while Guernsey FC player Sam Cochrane runs football drills on an inflatable football pitch donated by the Guernsey Sports Commission.
Charity volunteers will be on hand in a private information tent to speak to anyone wishing to seek advice about bowel cancer.
“We had such a fantastic turnout last year that we wanted to make this an annual event,” said charity Director Francesca McDermott. “It is a great opportunity to get everyone in the family moving and having fun. This year we have definitely gone bigger with more activities that are sure to keep everyone entertained!
“Once again we want to say a huge thank you to our event sponsor Aquitaine Group. This event wouldn’t be possible without this generosity. We are also incredibly grateful to all the suppliers and people who are donating their time.

“Events like these are vital for raising awareness and helping get people talking as there is still a shyness surrounding bowel cancer. We hope that by having the private information tent people will feel comfortable to come and talk should they wish.”
The event is free for everyone and parking is available at the Home Farm field opposite the back entrance to the park.
