The cause of a fire in a house at Petit Bot remains under investigation today.
The fire was first reported shortly after 18:00 on Saturday. It was completely out and the area had been made safe by lunchtime on Sunday.
A spokesperson for Guernsey Police said officers are now investigating the cause of the fire and those enquiries are ongoing.
They confirmed there has been no arrests so far and no injuries were caused by the fire.

The property on Rue Des Glageuls, in the Petit Bot Valley, near to the Manor Hotel, has been described as ‘derelict’ with windows boarded up prior to the fire.
It’s believed the property was empty at the time of the fire.

The Guernsey Fire & Rescue Service had to call in additional staff to deal with the fire as crews were already helping with a cliff rescue at nearby Soldiers Bay when the 999 call reporting the fire came in.
Fire crews remained on the scene at Petit Bot until Sunday lunchtime, damping down the building and making sure it was safe.
The fire fighting work was hampered by motorists driving down Rue Des Glaguels even though it was closed at the time.
Guernsey Police had to ask drivers to avoid the area.
The road reopened on Sunday lunchtime, when all emergency service crews had left the scene of the fire.
