Simon Birch has submitted a planning application to demolish Le Petit Rozel and replace it with five three-bedroom and three-bathroom houses.
“Green” roofs are suggested for the rear third of the buildings, with the remainder covered in black natural slate.
The buildings themselves would be clad in a combination of sand coloured brick, light and dark Accoya wood, and white render.
10 parking spaces have been proposed for the site with vehicle suggested to be widened.
Each unit would also have a rear-facing deck and garden, with a dedicated bin store for all.
The site falls with the St Peter Port Main Centre under the Island Development Plan.
