A Guernsey charity is hosting a free webinar this week to help employers inclusively recruit and avoid letting talent slip through the screening cracks.
Guernsey Employment Trust (GET) is hosting the session on Thursday 8 October from 12:00 to 13:00.
It will explore the strengths neurodivergent employees can bring to organisations and how recruitment processes create barriers that unintentionally exclude them.
Simple changes to adverts, applications and interviews can attract a wider pool of candidates, the charity says.
GET will also cover the support it can give to employers and employees, enabling both to get the most out of each other.
The session is open to anyone, whether they’re in HR, recruitment, if they manage a team or run a small business, and will leave them with practical ideas to apply to their processes.
