L’Elixir d’Amour

As the final installation of Le French Festival, the incredible L’Elixir d’Amour will be showing on the big screen of the Beau Sejour Theatre – next Friday the 24th of November at 7pm!
Translated as The Elixir of Love, the performance has been described as ‘an opera of great tenderness’, and was the most popularly performed opera in Italy in the 1800s.

The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe

Immerse yourself in performance art with this iconic story by C.S Lewis, brought to you by the talented cast of Evoke Productions.

Meet the Author – Jenny O’Brien

Past Tents: A hilarious 5-star rated, dark and moving comedy

If you’re searching for a hysterical evening out to brighten up your week, look no further. On the 21st and 22nd of November, St James will be hosting multi-award winning writer/actors, David J Keogh and Seth Jones, who are proud to present their new comedy, ‘Past Tents’.
Also starring ‘The Windsors’ actor, Mark Keegan, the performances are guaranteed to make you laugh and cry.

Fox Art Exhibition 2023

From Monday 20th – Saturday 25th of November, the Fox Art Exhibition returns to Guernsey for its 41st year!
This exhibition not only provides the opportunity to view some incredible pieces of work, but it also represents creative unity between our islands, featuring artists from Jersey and across the Bailiwick.
This show will be held in the brilliant, and conveniently located, George Crossan Gallery in the Market Buildings, St. Peter Port. The exhibition is free to attend, open from 9am – 5pm, and running for just one week – support local arts and don’t miss your opportunity to see our islands’ incredible talent!
Submissions Open! – 2024 Bailiwick Wildlife Photography Exhibition – Supported by Guernsey Electricity’s Power to the People Fund.

Submissions are still open for the 2024 Bailiwick Wildlife Photography exhibition, but only for two more weeks!
Now in its third year, local wildlife photographers have the chance to submit their most dynamic images of Bailiwick wildlife, from across Sark, Alderney, Herm and Guernsey, to feature in a large community exhibition.
Last year’s edition saw 60 photographers of all ages and skill levels taking part. Over 200 individual photos were submitted across the categories of Bird, Marine, Insect, Mammal, In Your Garden, including a number of photos by those aged 16 and under.
The categories for 2024 are : Birds, Insects, Marine, Bailiwick Animals, Patterns in Nature and Video & Film
