The event, promising 50 exhibitors showing off their tips and tricks to help you have a healthier lifestyle, is being hosted by Healthspan.
Starting today (Sunday 26) at 10:00, people can head down anytime before 16:00.
Alongside the exhibitors, there will be live demos, a Creation Station Zone, a Raw Store Cafe and other health food stalls, charities, expert advice, competitions and giveaways.

“The Guernsey Health Show provides an annual platform for businesses in health and wellbeing to showcase what they offer,” a spokesperson for the event said.
Outdoor Guernsey will also be putting on activities for kids that want to get involved, including a nerf gun battle in the Sports Hall.
