Last year saw the first of the Health Shows take place, with more then 1,500 visitors throughout the day and more than 60 exhibitors.

They included fitness instructors, nutritionists and mental heath workers and this year there will be even more of those with extra exhibitors too.

This year there will be seven zones in total inside the show, each with prizes, giveaways and information on offer.

Five of the seven zones are coming back from 2017 – Sport & Fitness, Health & Wellbeing, Mental Health, Beauty & Anti-Ageing and Nutrition. The 2018 show will also see a Healthy Kids Zone and the Energy Zone, both of which will feature Inspirational and Motivational Speakers.

Different charities will be represented at the 2018 Health Show including Lungevity, Autism Guernsey and Men’s Shed.

The Health Show is at Les Beaucamps High between 10:00 and 16:00.
