The Cubs met at Havelet where they began their scavenger hunt, with the Beavers starting at North Beach and looking for their clues amongst the houses of Le Pollet.

Meanwhile, Scouts and young leaders could be spotted all around Town, navigating various different routes that had been set for them.
The trail was followed by a short ceremony to celebrate their successes.
“To have all the island’s Scout groups together is always a special occasion and made even more poignant this year with so many countries still having restrictions due to the pandemic,” said Bailiwick Commissioner, Nick Paluch. “We are very fortunate.

Mr Paluch continued: “It’s important that the Scouts take part in events like this to remember that they are part of not just a large organisation within Guernsey or the Channel Islands, but across the world.”
