It said multiple calls were made last weekend during the evenings relating to the man towards the rear car park along Ruette Saumarez.
Police couldn’t find anyone despite “extensive searches.”
Witnessing are now being sought for the man who is described as a white male, no older than 20, around six feet tall and of muscular build, who was wearing a grey or navy hoodie.
