Police are appealing for information after a man allegedly shouted “threatening comments” to another male in St Helier last week.
The alleged incident took place on Friday 30 May at approximately 15:00 along Kensington Place, close to Cheapside.
A man was said to have shouted abuse at another male, who was with a female and a baby.
In an appeal for information, police said the interaction took place at the top end of Kensington Place.
The alleged perpetrator was said to have ran off in in the direction of Cheapside and on to Parade Park.
Officers would like to speak with anyone who may have seen this incident.
