He will next appear on 24 November for a pre-trial review, alongside a 45-year-old painter who allegedly threatened ‘immediate violence’ to another at Les Caches Business Park.
He pleaded not guilty as well.

Pictured: 15 cases were heard in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday, ranging from violence to drink driving and theft.
A third defendant, a 60-year-old unemployed woman, appeared for allegedly assaulting another person at the South Esplanade.
She didn’t make a plea and a two-week adjournment was allowed so she could get legal counsel. She was released on bail but with the conditions that she doesn’t go to Mojitoes or drink alcohol.
She’ll next appear on 1 November to make her plea.
The biggest incident saw four defendants appear in the Magistrate’s Court together following an incident this summer at the Rockmount Public Bar.
Two of them – a 40-year-old designer and a 55-year-old deliveryman – pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour, while the third defendant, a 38-year-old pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour and assault.
Due to the fourth defendant – a 50-year-old marine engineer – pleading not guilty to both assault and using threatening behaviour, all four defendants had their case adjourned until a trial could be complete.
The fourth defendant will next appear at a pre-trial review on 24 November.
