A 30-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to sexual touching without consent, sexual penetration without consent, and rape.
Ian Michael Agostini allegedly committed the offences on 19 February 2025.
He denied a total of five charges in the Royal Court on Friday.
His case will return to court next week for a trial date to be set.
An application to vary bail conditions to permit Mr Agostini to fly to the UK for Christmas was refused.
