Guernsey Electricity has announced that its work in the area is taking longer than scheduled, so the traffic management system will still be in place tomorrow.
Motorists have been advised to plan their journey to avoid the area if possible.
Town traffic jams expected
Monday morning could see queues of traffic heading in and out of St Peter Port as the temporary traffic lights at Salerie Corner will be staying up for at least another day.
