At the end of a trial last week, Stewart Duncan McGrogan was found not guilty of intending to supply the Class B drug on 26 March in St. Clement.
However, during the trial, he admitted possessing cannabis resin on the same occasion, and pleaded guilty to this charge.
The Court granted McGrogan bail and warned him to appear before the Inferior Number of the Royal Court on the 11 March, when he will be sentenced for the lesser charge, as well as possessing the Class C drug diazepam in St. Helier on the same day.
