Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident at the Weighbridge after the man is alleged to have assaulted the boy, who was wearing dark clothing and a rucksack. The man is described as ‘large built’ and witnesses should come forward if they saw him push the boy back against a fence, causing minor injuries.
