Elaine Bailey, the recently retired Chief Executive of Hyde Housing Group in the South of England, which managed around 50,000 homes, joined the Board on 1 February.

She also has experience on the board of a large charity working with young people and led the Hyde Group’s fire safety initiatives in the wake of the Grenfell disaster, as well as having experience working for Serco and acting as Director of Security and a Board Member of HM Prison Service.
The appointments of Julian Box, the founder of local data and cloud technology firm Calligo, and chartered accountant of 25 years Jonathan Day came into effect on 17 February.
Andium Board Chair Mark Boleat, who stepped into the role after former Chief Minister Frank Walker’s departure last year, commented: “The Board has been under strength for some time.
“One of my priorities has been to recruit three additional Board members to fill skills gaps, particularly in respect of social housing development and use of technology to enhance client service.”

Elaine, Julian and Jonathan all stood out and I am delighted that they have accepted offers to join the Board.
