Responding to questions from Express, they have confirmed that it was a genuine incident, rather than a training exercise, and related to a “medical matter.”
At least two armed officers can be seen and heard shouting, “Put your gun down.”

Police said the incident began at 06:11 and that “all was resolved safely” by 09:20.
They declined to comment further, and Express has chosen to blur out the pictures in the video in order to conceal the exact location.
