Jersey’s festival of skateboarding culture returns for the third time this weekend – offering the chance to see professional skaters from across Europe come together in a ‘jam session’ at Les Quennevais Skatepark.

The Cram Jam runs in the skate bowl will be at 1pm in memory of Danny Cram, a late Jersey skateboarder.

Bowl A Crock is run by Skate Space, a local charity using youth culture and trends to empower the next generation.

Entry is free and islanders are invited to bring their children, families and skateboards to enjoy the carnival. There will also be DJ’s and street food available.

Disco Bingo Fundraiser

A disco bingo night is in store at St James this Saturday, mixing music and laughter with fundraising for a vital local charity.

Attendees can expect disco music and sing along moments – with those participating expected to mark off song titles and artists names on their bingo card as they are heard.

Everyone taking part gets a basket meal as part of their £25 ticket price, which can be selected when booking tickets.

A Magic Mirror photo booth has been donated for the night which will be accessible to everyone, alongside a raffle, for which strips of raffle tickets will be drawn on the night.

The event starts at 6:30pm this Saturday 25th, with proceeds going towards Milli’s Separated and Step Family support. Book here.

Bowl A Crock X Pillo Afterparty

The energy from Bowl A Crock is set to move down to The Watersplash for a collab with Pillo Wheel Gang for a night of DJs, friends beer and headlining acts.

The venue aims to sell 700 tickets and have a night comparable to the “golden age” of the splash – from 6pm until 1am.

There will be rock bands in the bar, drum and bass and jungle in the club area from 11pm, breaks, house and garage in the bistro, and hip hop outside.
