The items – which include jewel necklaces, earrings, coins, a Tag Heuer watch, and a set of keys with a blue tag – were recovered at around 18:30 on Wednesday 25 June.
While officers have not disclosed how or where the items were found, they are treating the matter as a suspected larceny and have released images of the seized property in a bid to trace its owner.
The total value of the jewellery has not yet been confirmed.

A police spokesperson said: “Police are appealing for information concerning a suspected larceny of jewellery, including necklaces, earrings, coins and a watch. A set of keys with a blue tag were also located with the property.
“Images of the items seized have been provided to help locate the owner so further police enquiries can be made.”
