Appearing in the Magistrate’s Court this morning, James Arnold was also charged with resisting arrest on Sunday (19 February).
Emergency services were called to Colomberie on Sunday evening.
A 71-year-old woman and two men (aged 28 and 35) were taken to the Emergency Department for treatment.
The case was deemed too serious to be dealt with by the Magistrate’s Court.
Mr Arnold is due to appear before the Royal Court on 28 April, and has been remanded on bail in the meantime.
