The famous four foot Davis Cup is in the Island today as part of its epic tour of the UK.
Andy Murray led Great Britain to victory last November after beating David Goffin in the Davis Cup final – putting an end to a 79 year wait.
The iconic piece of silverware started its tour at the beginning of April in Glasgow and is visiting over 100 venues across the nation this Summer including tennis clubs, leisure centres, town halls and shopping centres. Yesterday it was in Guernsey.
The tour aims to inspiring young tennis players along the way and has seen special appearances from members of the Aegon GB Davis Cup Team.
The silverware will be on show until 16:15 in the Royal Square before it heads back to the UK where its next stop is Taunton Tennis Club.
