All dogs in the island have to be registered for a licence every year. The fee is £10 per dog, and the deadline to apply for a licence is Wednesday 31 January.
Dogs under six months old, as well as guide dogs, are exempt.
The website has taken over from the systems used by individual parishes, although paper applications will continue to be accepted.
Local web design company Blue Llama was brought on board by the Comité des Connétables to build the website.

Mike Jackson, Chair of the Comité des Connétables and Constable of St Brelade, said he hoped the system would “reduce barriers to creating and renewing licences and increase parishioner satisfaction”.
He said: “The online system provides a simple, streamlined experience to apply and pay for a dog licence. It takes only a few minutes. There’s no need to create an account or remember a password – access to the system and your dog licence details is by ‘magic link’.”
The Comité des Connétables also reminded islanders that they have to clean up after their dogs and keep their dogs under control.
