A 60-year-old man was taken to hospital following a single-vehicle road traffic collision in Grouville yesterday evening.
Emergency services were called to the incident on La Rue à Don at 5.50pm, with the road closed for around 90 minutes while police and ambulance crews responded.
The incident prompted road closures in multiple directions, with traffic and buses diverted while emergency services dealt with the scene.
The road reopened at about 7.30pm last night.
Police confirmed this morning that the male driver, aged 60, was taken to hospital by ambulance following the crash.
An investigation into the circumstances of the collision is ongoing.
