Final parish to consider kerbside recycling

St. Clement parishioners have been invited to an Assembly at the Parish Hall on Thursday 3 March at 19:00 to “discuss the merits or otherwise of kerbside recycling in the Parish and decide upon the course of action that the Parish should take.”

In September, St. Martin became the tenth parish to adopt a household recycling collection scheme.

38 parishioners were in favour of the move, while just four were against.

The following month, a motion to introduce kerbside recycling in Grouville passed by just one vote.
