Visitors to a new public art installation in St Helier will be able to take part in a diverse line-up of free cultural and wellbeing events under the giant bubbles – including yoga classes, arts and crafts workshops, and music and dance performances.
Bubbletecture, which officially opens this evening, is made up of 8m-tall iridescent spheres designed by award-winning Sydney-based art practice Atelier Sisu.
This immersive exhibition will transform the footprint of IFC2 on the Esplanade until Sunday 14 September.

The artwork responds to sunlight, and is paired with a bespoke soundtrack and lighting effects that run from 09:3 to 21:30 each day.
Bubbletecture will be open around the clock and free to the public, with security and support staff on site throughout the exhibition period.
As well as admiring the installation, visitors will be able to take part in a diverse line-up of free cultural and wellbeing events each weekend.
