After uncertainty over whether the popular event would be going ahead this year, it was announced last month that the event had been saved by ten £5,000 pledges and the Economic Development Department flying in with an additional £20,000 grant.

Among those due to feature in the display are the Red Arrows, the RAF Falcon Display Team and Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, the Patrouille de France Display Team and a French Air Force A400 Atlas.

While there is no static display at the Airport this year, a designated area will be set up in the old COVID testing centre from this afternoon for the best view of the Red Arrows.
