Earlier this month, the Jersey-based company launched a virtual running series to keep islanders “healthy, active and safe” during lockdown, while supporting local health professionals.
‘Keep Your Distance’ offers islanders the chance to safely complete a 5k, 10k or half marathon distance, while supporting a service to provide home-delivered meals for the frontline workers and their families.
The Easter Hop race, meanwhile, is for kids of all ages to complete the distance anyway they like to receive a medal, acknowledging their ‘egg-celent’ efforts. Adults are also invited to join in the fun if they wish to.
To enter, little bunnies have to register online for £5 – this includes the medal in the post – and complete their mile hop in any way they like, be it in the garden, living room or any open space, just as long as it adheres to current government guidelines.

The RaceNation team also suggested dressing up or turning the mile into a hunt to add to the entertainment.
Parents simply need to track the race or map out the distance and upload their children’s time once complete.
RaceNation will then send out a medal in the coming weeks to celebrate their hopping triumph.
