The Inn has installed a filtered drinking water system and will be serving glass bottles to diners and guests in the hotel as part of an initiative to cut out the need for plastic bottles and help the environment.

In addition to this, for every still or sparkling filtered water bottles sold in the Restaurant, 25p will be donated to local charity Headway. It provides essential support, information and services to people in Jersey who are affected by brain injury.

Bryce Alford, Fundraising and Events Manager at Headway said: “We’re delighted that THE INN have chosen us as their charity partner for their water project, helping to raise the profile of Headway and assisting the fight against plastic consumption. All small steps lead to big changes!”
