Island Energy has appeared in court over an explosion at Mont Pinel last year.
The firm’s managing director Darryl Goddard appeared at the Royal Court on Friday morning.
The case centres on the allegation that Island Energy failed to properly disconnect redundant gas pipes at Elizabeth Villas, allowing gas to accumulate inside the property, causing the blast on 26 June 2024.
The next hearing is due to take place at the Royal Court on 3 March.
