A Jersey chef is set to visit one of the UK’s biggest cheese and dairy events to judge top products and cook live on stage.
Will Holland, Executive Chef at The Atlantic Hotel, will travel to the Staffordshire County Showground for the International Cheese and Dairy Expo.
The two-day event, held from 25 to 26 June, brings together professionals from across the dairy industry to celebrate the finest in cheese and dairy production.
Mr Holland, who has attended the event 15 times, will be back on the judging panel and performing three live cookery demos, including a presentation of his take on a classic French dish, Croque Madame.
He said: “I’m honoured to return as a judge and demonstrator and look forward to sharing the stage with some of the finest chefs in the country.”
