It follows the departure of Jersey Sport’s General Manager to the Jersey Football Association earlier this year.
Mr Wileman will help to oversee the ‘Inspiring an Active Jersey’ strategy, which most recently saw Primary School children given a year’s free club membership to sports clubs in their local area.
