Michael Robert Connor appeared in the Royal Court this morning, where he denied the single charge of intending to “obstruct, pervert or interfere with the course of justice” through intimidation.
A trial was subsequently set for 10 October with a plea and directions hearing due to take place in early July.
He has been released on bail.
