David Timothy Keith Quemard pleaded guilty to all 50 counts of larceny.
He is accused of having stolen clothing from Lyndale Sports which he then used to provide printing and embroidery services to 46 companies and individuals. Those include hotels, cafés, charities, garages and even a States department. The total loss for the company amounts to £15,915.70, with transactions taking place over the course of 15 months between February 2013 and May 2014 and ranging from £20 to as much as £1,671.30.
Mr Quemard is also accused of having stolen £240.75 worth of chef’s shirts.
He also faces another count of larceny for having stolen 117 embroidery logo templates, worth £1,400, from Howtex Limited.
Mr Quemard, who is represented by Advocate Jane Grace, is pleading guilty to all charges against him. He will be sentenced in Royal Court on 13 October. He has been remanded on bail in the meantime.
