A 34-year-old man has denied sexually touching another man without consent.
Jose Daniel Martins Freitas, who was born in Madeira, appeared before the Royal Court on Friday.
He pleaded not guilty to the offence, which is alleged to have taken place earlier this year.
A three-day trial has been fixed for 30 March 2026.
