Adrian Florinel Dumitrache has been charged with three counts of sexual touching on a female without consent, one count of gross outrage on public decency and one count of illegal entry under the Sexual Offences Law.
He was arrested on New Year’s Day and charged late last night the police confirmed this morning.
Mr Dumitrache is due to appear in Magistrate’s Court this morning.
