Jason Mark Le Chevre has denied all allegations made against him by two young girls.

Mr Le Chevre is defended by Advocate Ian McDonald.

The offences are alleged to have happened between 2011 and 2015. The younger of the victims accused Mr Le Chevre of raping her while the older one reported several indecent assaults.

Solicitor General Mark Temple said the Crown didn’t accept Mr Le Chevre’s not guilty pleas.

Royal Court Commissioner, Sir Michael Birt, who was sitting with Jurats Elizabeth Dulake and Jerry Ramsden, set a trial for 10 days, commencing on 1 October.

Mr Le Chevre has been remanded on conditional bail. He is due to appear in Court again on 20 June for a pleas and directions hearing.
